Students Graduate from Vermont, Wesleyan

Some 3,055 students were awarded degrees during the University of Vermont‘s 217th commencement ceremonies. Alexander Nemerov, alumnus and one of the nation’s leading art historians and scholar of cultural history, delivered the address.

Local graduates included:

Caroline Hahn of Lloyd Harbor, Bachelor of Arts, Environmental Studies

Adria Suhr of Northport, Bachelor of Science, Psychological Science

Among the local students  graduating from Wesleyan University on May 26 were:

Julie McDonald of Commack (BA in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry. McDonald received High Honors in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry.)

Oren Maximov of Huntington (MA in Mathematics. )

Wesleyan University is a private, non-sectarian liberal arts university in Middletown, Conn.
