Suffolk Police Seeking Yeezy Sneaker Thief

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are seeking  the man who robbed another man in Huntington Station.

A man used an app to arrange an in-person transaction to sell a pair of Yeezy sneakers in a parking lot on Lowndes Avenue on September 26 at approximately 1:55 p.m. The thief asked the seller if he could inspect the sneakers and then attempted to flee with the merchandise. When the victim attempted to regain possession of the sneakers, the thief brandished a box cutter and fled the scene on foot.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
