T. Weiss Realty Signs Commercial Leases

T. Weiss Realty, a family-owned developer, landlord and manager of commercial real estate, said it has signed leases totaling more than 11,000 square feet representing expansions of tenants within its portfolio of Class-A office buildings in Melville.

CM Group LLC, the Long Island franchisee of Moe’s Southwest Grill, a tenant in 1,050 square feet on the first floor of Melville Corporate Center I, 105 Maxess Rd., expanded to 1,556 square feet in the building’s last loft-style suite on the second floor. T. Weiss President Craig Weiss arranged the transaction in-house. CM Group took occupancy June 1.This expansion brings the building’s second floor, loft-style spaces to full occupancy.

ERT Design Group LLC an architectural firm, relocated from 1,215 square feet at 105 Maxess Rd. to 2,081 square feet at the Broadhollow Corporate Center, 532 Broadhollow Rd., taking occupancy on June 1. Craig Weiss arranged the transaction in-house.

Hollander Legal Group PC, a law firm focused on insurance and criminal defense matters, will relocate from 2,594 square feet at 105 Maxess Rd., to 4,488 square feet within the same building. They are to take occupancy July 15th. Craig Weiss arranged the transaction in-house.

Caliber Home Loans Inc., a national mortgage lender, is to relocate from 3,434 square feet at 105 Maxess Rd. to 4,135 square feet at Melville Corporate Center II, 330 S. Service Rd., taking occupancy July 1. Ralph Giuffre of CBRE, represented Caliber and Craig Weiss represented the landlord in-house. The lease brings 330 S. Service Rd. to 100 percent occupancy.
