A hack attack last week knocked technology services at the South Huntington Public Library offline.
As of 11 a.m. today, the library’s website is down.
Library director Janet Scherer said of the Friday attack that, “It’s now a criminal case,” and that “we had to shut down power but we are slowly bringing things back.”
Computers were out of service but creative librarians found other things to do.
