Town Worker Elected President of Labor Relations Group

 Huntington Supervisor Chad A. Lupinacci presented town personnel officer Lisa Baisley with a proclamation recognizing her recent election as president of the national Public Employer Labor Relations Association.

Baisley has worekd for the town since 1986; she oversees human resources and labor relations for about 1,000 town employees.

“It’s incredible to know that one of our very own members of Town Hall is making such a difference in so many lives across the country,” said Supervisor Chad A. Lupinacci. “Ms. Baisley’s success is not surprising; she is an extremely hard working member of our team of dedicated town employees and I look forward to seeing what she accomplishes next.”

She has served on the Board of Directors for National PELRA since 2013 and on the Board of Directors at the state level for 15 years. The National Public Employer Labor Relations Association  provides professional development, networking, and advocacy services to labor relations and human resources professionals.
