UPDATE: Services Set for Man Who Went Missing

Update: Funeral services are set for Saturday for Brian Matthew Plante, 24, who was reported missing two weeks ago.

Visitation for the Huntington Station man is scheduled for Friday from 2 to 4 and  to 9 p.m. at the MA Connell Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Saturday, 9:30 a.m., at St. Hugh of Lincoln Roman Catholic Church in Huntington Station.

Donations can be made to “NAMI” Huntington, P.O. Box 2813 Huntington Station, NY 11746. In Memory of Brian Plante and specific to “Family to Family” Program www.NAMIHuntington.org

Earlier:

Huntington Station resident Brian Plante, 24,  was last seen Saturday about 1:30 p.m. He was last seen in the Huntington area driving a silver/gray 2015 Jeep Cherokee with the  plate HYU9630.

He is  6’4″, blonde hair, blue eyes. He has these tattoos: 1/2 sleeve right bicep, 1/2 sleeve right calf, chest “Carpe Diem.”

If you have any information, pleas  call Suffolk County police at 631-854-8200. Police issued a Silver Alert, which is a program that allows local law enforcement to share information about individuals with special needs who have been reported missing.
