Waterfront Festival Set for May 19

The 7th Annual Waterfront Festival  and Craft Fair is set for Sunday, May 19 with free classes and lectures throughout the week as part of Safe Boating Week.

The Greater Huntington Council of Yacht & Boating Clubs has partnered with the Town of Huntington, US Coast Guard, Coast Guard Auxiliary & Neptune Sail & Power Squadron to sponsor this event promoting & educating for boating safety.

The festival will include booths for craft, jewelry and clothing retailers, service providers from watersport shops and camps, Realtors with specialized knowledge of the  waterfront communities, boating clubs, safety organizations, activities for kids and  more. There’s also a beer tent and a selection of foods.

The waterfront festival is part of Safe Boating Week, which starts Saturday May 18. Some of the week’s events are:
