Weiss Realty Signs 3 Leases in Melville Building

 T. Weiss Realty has reported signing leases for space totaling 5,699 square feet at its Melville Corporate Center I location, 105 Maxess Road.

ConvergeOne Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded global collaboration IT services organization based in Eagan, Minn., leased 1,215 square feet. The company moved in on Aug. 1. Craig Weiss, president of T. Weiss, represented both ConvergeOne and the landlord in the transaction. This is the first office on Long Island for ConvergeOne, which also has a New York City office.

SI Engineering, P.C., a New York City-based engineering, planning and construction management firm, leased 1,050 square feet. The firm opened this location, its first on Long Island, on Aug. 1. Craig Weiss represented the Landlord and Jeff Horn of Schacker Realty represented the Tenant in the transaction.

Sphere Payments, LLC, a private equity backed merchant payment processing firm, leased 3,434 square feet, effective Sept. 1, nearly tripling its current size at the T. Weiss-owned 330 S. Service Rd., Melville. Robert Seidenberg of CBRE represented Sphere and Craig Weiss represented the landlord in the transaction.
