Walt Whitman Shops invites residents to a ‘Descendants 3’ event Saturday to mark the opening of the Disney Channel movie.
Children can participate in several activities, including a craft project to create their own personalized back-to-school pencil cases, a photo opportunity and games. All attendees will have the chance to win a Descendants 3 gift bag.This event does not include live character appearances.
The event is Saturday from 11am to 1pm.
Premiering Friday, Aug. 2 at 8 p.m. on Disney Channel, ‘Descendants 3’ continues the contemporary saga of good versus evil with the teenage daughters and sons of Disney’s most infamous villains — Mal, Evie, Carlos and Jay — also known as the villain kids (VKs).
Simon® has collaborated with Disney Junior to host Disney Junior Play Dates in approximately 100 Simon Malls®, Mills®, and Premium Outlets® across the country. Disney Junior Play Dates are held quarterly to coincide with key shopping periods and each features a different Disney Junior character.
This summer will be the first time Simon is collaborating with Disney Channel to bring ‘Descendants 3’ to its locations.
