Woman Accused of 2 Robberies in Huntington Station

A  woman was arrested Tuesday and accused of committing multiple armed robberies, including two in Huntington Station.

Suffolk police said that Anahi Gomez, 18,  of Bay Shore robbed the Grog Shop, 185 Depot Road, on Dec. 30 and the 76 gas station, 1714 New York Ave., on Dec. 28. 

A woman entered five businesses between December 27, 2019 and January 3, 2020, displayed what appeared to be a handgun, demanded cash and fled with proceeds. Following an investigation, The three other robberies were committed in Islip, Lake Ronkonkoma and Oakdale. 

Major Case Unit detectives charged Gomez with five counts of Robbery 1st degree for the following robberies:

She is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Wednesday.
