The town attorney has withdrawn a request to revoke an accessory dwelling unit permit because of non-compliance, at 334 Everard St., Dix Hills.
A hearing for a special use permit for parking relief for a new business at 845 East Jericho Turnpike has been postponed until May 11.
The ZBA meets at 6 p.m. at Town Hall.
