Part of Old Country Road in Dix Hills was closed off Wednesday morning after a car skidded on wet pavement and crashed into a utility pole.
Resident Mike DuBritz supplied a video from his Ring camera that showed the car coming around a curve, crossing a traffic lane and striking the pole.
The crash occurred near Brycewood Drive, around 8:40 a.m.
Suffolk County police were on the scene.
There was no immediate information on injuries.
