Daily parking passes will be priced at $12 a day at the Greenlawn, Cold Spring Harbor and Northport LIRR stations as of April 15.
The town announced several changes last week, including a requirement that customers use the Passport App to pay for daily parking at Greenlawn and Northport, as is already required at Cold Spring Harbor.
That will move to the new $12 rate for the day. The phone app will allow people to pay the extra fee if they aren’t returning to their cars in the allotted time, meaning they can, at a distance, pay or extend their parking sessions.
