Dr. Faisal Siddiqui has been named chief of breast services at Huntington Hospital.
He will continue his practice, expanding to three offices.
Siddiqui has practiced at Huntington Medical Group and NYU Langone for 25 years.
In that time, he has performed more than 10,000 surgeries or procedures.
He will transfer his practice to Northwell Physician Partners offices in Huntington, Woodbury and Smithtown as of July 24, and welcomes current as well as new patients.
