A Huntington Station man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a crash Wednesday morning that injured two, including himself.
Suffolk County police said that Terhon Legros was driving a 2014 Infiniti Q50 westbound on West 11th Street about 3:45 a.m. when he struck a utility pole in front of 149 W. 11th St.
Legros, 28, and his twin brother, Terrell Legros, were both taken to Huntington Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
Terhon Legros will be arraigned at a later date.
Repair and replacement work was still going on at the pole about 9:30 p.m.
The vehicle was impounded for a safety check. Detectives are asking anyone with information on this crash to call the Second Squad at 631-854-8252.
