An East Northport teenager was arrested Wednesday morning and accused of making a threat on social media, Suffolk County police said.
The girl, 13, was arrested at East Northport Middle School at 8:10 a.m.
Second Squad detectives arrested the girl and determined there was no credible threat.
She was charged with Threat of Mass Harm, a Class B Misdemeanor, and will be arraigned in Suffolk County Family Court at a later date.
