An East Northport man was arrested and charged with killing a Huntington Station resident, Suffolk County police said Tuesday.
Homicide Squad detectives arrested Joshua Taylor, 19, Tuesday in the Aug. 22 shooting death of Nicholas Ehrmann, and charged him with second-degree murder.
He will be held overnight at the Second Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Wednesday.
On Aug. 22, police responded to a 911 call and found Ehrmann, 38, lying on the ground near the intersection of East 17th Street and Depot Road. He was transported to Huntington Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
