Walt Whitman Shops will begin hosting a food truck market, featuring foods ranging from jerk chicken to ice cream, zeppoles and funnel cakes.
The event will run for six weeks, Thursdays through Sundays.
“We decided the best method to keep all of our fans happy while supporting the local community is to host an outdoor Food Truck Market,” Famous Food Markets, the organizer, said. “With farmers markets being one of the top things to do as we recover from Covid-19 pandemic, we thought there was no better way to serve our local community and the businesses that serve this area.”
Admission is free. Entertainment includes axe-throwing, ice skating, mini-golf and other entertainment.
