All April| Town of Huntington Traffic Court dates have been adjourned until further notice.
Those with tickets on or after March 12 will have an additional 30 days to respond without penalty.
Traffic Court conference dates have been administratively adjourned since March 19 and through April; the Traffic Violations Bureau will contact those with Traffic Court conferences set for one of the affected dates to schedule a new date.
All parking tickets issued on or after March 12 will have an additional 30 days to respond to the ticket without penalty imposed; now, initial responses received by Day 60 will avoid penalties, whether pleading guilty and paying the ticket or pleading not guilty and appealing the ticket.
There is no change in deadlines for tickets issued March 11 or earlier.
