An Italian food market is one of several new businesses that will be coming to the Dix Hills Plaza as the center undergoes extensive remodeling.
Salpino Italian Food Market and Catering, which has stores in Wantagh and North Babylon, will be located on the outside of Urban Air, the recreation center that opened last spring in the space previously occupied by a Pathmark supermarket. Opening next to Salpino will be Salons by JC. Elsewhere in the center, Everything Bagel will open in the space previously occupied by Dix Hills Bagels.
Dan Glazer and Joanne Argenti of Ripco Real Estate are the leasing agents for the property.
