More Stores Moving Into Huntington Shopping Center

Several new, smaller stores have taken spots at the Huntington Shopping Center, becoming neighbors of the Whole Foods market that will open July 17.
Federal Realty Investment Trust announced that Clothes HorseEuropean WaxPacfe NailsHäagen-Dazs and Street to Table have all signed leases to join the center as part of the $75 million redevelopment of the center.
 The redevelopment is set to be completed this year.
The new stores are:
  1. Clothes Horse (2,148 SF): Women’s clothing boutique, which is having its grand opening celebration this week.
  2. European Wax (1,268 SF): New Long Island location for skin spa focused on wax treatments, scheduled to open Monday.
  3. Pacfe Nails (3,681 SF): Third location for this Long Island-based nail studio
  4. Häagen-Dazs (1,406 SF): New shop featuring the popular ice cream brand
  5. Street to Table (2,679 SF): Second location for the street food from Hicksville
“As our redevelopment of Huntington Shopping Center nears completion, we’re excited to add several local brands to our merchandizing mix,” said Chris Fleming, vice president of Asset Management at Federal Realty. “Alongside Whole Foods, The Container Store and REI, these small shops will help draw and maintain new and repeat customers for years to come.”
The 21-acre center sits next to Walt Whitman Mall on Route 110  has opened nine new tenants, includingThe Container Store, REI, J.Crew Factory, Just Salad, Burger Village, Paris Baguette and others. About 94% leased, once the redevelopment is complete, the center will total more than 210,000 square feet of retail.
