NYC to Enter Phase 3, Without Indoor Dining

New York City will enter Phase 3 Monday but without indoor dining, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo said Sunday.

Phase 3 of the reopening of the economy means personal care services, such as nail salons and massage parlors, can return to business.

The governor confirmed 533 additional cases of novel coronavirus, bringing the statewide total to 397,131 confirmed cases in the state.
