The 33rd Long Island Pride parade will march along Main Street Sunday, returning to Huntington after a six-year absence.
Marchers will gather on Gerard Street and Clinton Avenue before heading to Main Street and the Heckscher Park festival. The parade is scheduled to start at noon.
Suffolk County police said Main Street would be closed between West Neck Road and Park Avenue from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The festival will include food, a live concert, a family pavilion, and a beer and wine garden.
The Long Island Gay Men’s ChorusĀ will perform Sunday at 7 p.m. at St. John’s Episcopal Church on Main. See ligmc.org for tickets and other information.
