About 200 youngsters came out to skate Saturday as part of the town of Huntington’s Santacon at the Clark Gillies Arena at Dix Hills.
Skaters of varying levels of experience moved about the ice, accompanied by Santa Claus, parents, older siblings and friends.
Those dressed in Santa costumes in the town Parks Department event skated for free.
