The Huntington Town Board has reappointed Eliot Lonardo to the town’s Board of Assessment Review.
His new term will expire on Sept. 30, 2028.
He is a broker with Signature Premier Properties, and is active in numerous community activities around Huntington.
The assessment review board hears complaints about about the assessed value of properties within the town.
Lonardo is chairman of the board.
The Town Board also:
Authorized the supervisor to proceed with an agreement with the Northport-Centerport Lions Club to use Heckscher Park for the group’s Robert J. Bohaty Classic Car Show on Aug. 27.
Authorized the supervisor to move ahead on a licensing agreement with the Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce for the use of the Frank P. Petrone Crab Meadow Beach facilities for its rescheduled Summer Soiree on Aug. 29.
