The 261-unit complex is a gated community on 13 acres on Deshon Drive in Melville.
The apartments were offered for sale in three categories, in accordance with the requirements of Town Code, with the price based on the income category: 80 percent of median income, 120 percent of the median income and 130 percent of median income.
