Two properties will be the subject of public hearings in February because of complaints about their condition.
The Huntington Town Board voted recently to take action on the properties at 30 Westfield Drive, Centerport and 20 Clay St., Huntington Station.
They were both placed on the town’s nuisance properties list.
Each property was also assessed a $2,500 registration fee.
The public hearing is scheduled for the next Town Board meeting on Feb. 6.
