Three one-bedroom apartments are available at Gateway Plaza, the Huntington Community Development Agency said Tuesday.
The units, classified as affordable rentals, with these income standards:
The monthly rent is $1,391.00.
The maximum iincome is $65,500.00
The minimum income is $33,384.00
The Huntington Community Development Agency will be accepting online lottery applications through Nov.12.

The CDA said, “Please note, before applying you are REQUIRED to read the guidelines to make sure you qualify. Should an applicant be deemed ineligible, the lottery application fee will not be refunded.”
