The Color Run will return to Northport on Oct. 21, sponsored by the Northport/East Northport Community Drug & Alcohol Task Force.
Participants will run around the track at Northport Middle School, prepared to get coated by cornstarch dyed in a wide range of colors that volunteers will throw at them. Some runners make a half-hearted attempts to dodge the cornstarch; Most embrace it gleefully.
