Legislator Tom Donnelly D-17th, awarded Mia Rodrigues with a proclamation as the winner of the bicycle safety poster contest for the district. Mia is a student at Signal Hill Elementary School. Her poster highlighted the importance of safe biking practices.
Operation Medicine Cabinet
Suffolk Legislator Stephanie Bontempi, R-18th, noted the success of a recent effort to collect expired or unused prescription drugs. As part of Operation Medicine Cabinet, officers from the Suffolk Second Precinct went to Paumanack Village to collect and dispose of the medicines.
Marking 100 Days
