Several organizations are working to put on a fashion and art show during the Long Island Fall Festival next week.
The program, Another Face of Beauty: A Fashion and Art Show, will have models from John’s Crazy Socks, Special Olympics New York, The Viscardi Center, the Spirit of Huntington Art Center, and Family Residences and Essential Enterprises.
Students at the Music Academy for Special Learners and FREE will perform.
The Spirit of Huntington Art Center is organizing the art show and will display works from artists from FREE, the Viscardi Center, John’s Crazy Socks and the Art Center.
The Long Island Fall Festival gets underway Friday evening in Heckscher Park and continues until Monday afternoon.
The art and fashion show, which was held at Walt Whitman Shops last year, is scheduled for Oct. 7 from 2:30-4:30 p.m., and will be held on the Chapin Stage.
