FBI Reaching Out to Potential Victims of Online Child Exploitation Scheme

The FBI and a federal prosecutor in Louisiana are reaching out to identify potential victims of an online child exploitation scheme that they say originated in Suffolk County, as well as northwest Louisiana

The office of US Attorney Brandon B. Brown said Wednesday that Stephen Andrew Cipkin has been charged by federal indictment with traveling to engage in illicit sexual activity, production and receipt of child pornography,  possession of child pornography, and enticement of a minor, under 18.

The defendant may also be known by the following online usernames: “sac8635,” “ArabellaC.,” “Human no-more,” “numb little bug,” “Swiffer1,” “@onlygoodguy,” and “Ur_Perfect_Daddy,” Brown’s office said.

Anyone who might have had contact with Cipkin or someone using those nicknames while being tutored here or while using Snapchat, Pinterest, YesIChat, Y99, or Instagram between 2020 and 2023, and would like to report a crime, please contact the FBI via email at:
