A Huntington man is due back in court on Aug. 29 on a charge of first-degree reckless endangerment.
Thomas Butterfield, 60, was arrested July 21 after he fired a shotgun into the pavement of the Gerard Street parking lot during a confrontation, police said. The incident occurred July 20, about 9:15 p.m.
He is scheduled to appear in First District Court in Central Islip.
