The Optimum store in Huntington Station will close this coming week and move to a new location in Syosset.
Customers have been receiving notices in recent weeks about the move, and a sign is posted outside the store at 1070 East Jericho Turnpike. The move is scheduled for Friday.
Altice completed its purchase of Cablevision in 2016.
The company calls its new store at 390 Jericho Turnpike, Syosset “state of the art.” It is 17 minutes, or about 7 miles, west of its current location.
