The Huntington youth program Project Excel will host a series of free paint nights starting April 12.
Participants will paint their own canvas to use as a gift or as a piece of a portfolio. Students will work on either an acrylic paint or watercolor project, depending on the date.
This program is free and open to youth grades 6-12 from the Township of Huntington.
The program will run from 5:30-7 p.m. on April 12, May 17 and June 12.

Project Excel will also host a free day-long arts event, through a comic book illustration program, a culinary arts program and participation in digital and audiovisual media.
