Family Service League has launched its Project TOY drive to provide toys and gifts to Long Island children.
The Bethpage Federal Credit Union is the lead sponsor of the campaign.
The league said it has been able to provide gifts to 6,000 children each year.

On Oct. 27, the Andre Sorrentino family and friends will be raising funds for its annual Thanksgiving meal giveaway. The fundraiser is scheduled at the Dix Hills Fire Department; tickets are $75. See the flyer for details.
