The one-story building has 9,369 square feet of space on a 0.78 acre corner lot. The property is zoned C8 and was built in 1980.
Most of the Sam Ash stores began closing this year, citing competition from online sales. The chain is based in Hicksville.
Bank Building Sold
The former JP Morgan Chase bank in Huntington Station has been sold for for $2.1 million.
The 4,435-square-foot building sits near an entrance to Walt Whitman Shops. It closed as a bank in 2022.
Hasan Properties of Melville, a real estate investment firm, bought the property at 150 Walt Whitman Road.
