The Huntington Town Board approved legal action against properties that have been designated as blighted. The properties are:
- 12 Red Maple Lane, Dix Hills
- 68 Dix Hills Rd, Huntington
- 87 Dunlop Road, Huntington
- 168 Chichester Road, Huntington
- 58 Southdown Road, Huntington
- 6 Hunters Lane, Huntington Station
The board also scheduled a public hearing for 2 p.m. July 11 to consider designating certain properties as blighted, including:
- 1 Carmine Court, Commack
- 5 Pondview Court, Huntington
- 20 Stratford Avenue, Huntington
- 34 Calumet Drive, Dix Hills
- 4 W. 11th Street, Huntington Station
