The Town of Huntington will commemorate Veterans Day with services Sunday in front of Town Hall.
The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m.
On Veterans Day, Nov. 11, American Legion Post 1244 will honor veterans with a service in Greenlawn.
The service, at 11 a.m., is scheduled for Greenlawn Memorial Park at the corner of Pulaski Road and Broadway.
The ceremony will be held on the traditional date and time, the 11th day of the 11th month at 11 am to commemorate the signing of the Armistice Agreement, which ended World War I.
Veterans Day honors those who have served in the US miitary services.
