Wanted: Woman Used Child to Steal Merchandise

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Precinct Crime Section officers are looking for the woman who used a child to help her steal merchandise from a  store in March.

A woman, who was accompanied by a child approximately 10 to 12 years old, entered Target in Huntington Station on March 7. The woman loaded a shopping cart with baby formula and diapers and she left the child with the cart near the exit and exited the store. The woman  waited in the parking lot in a white sedan and the child pushed the cart with merchandise out to the vehicle.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
