The Zoning Board of Appeals has adjourned the following public hearings to consider a town request to revoke an accessory dwelling unit permit from:
42 Norwood Road Northport, for non-compliance.
44A Vermont St., Melville, for non-compliance
Both are adjourned until Aug. 8.
At a recent meeting, the board also adjourned a hearing on the town’s request to revoke an ADU permit at 60 Central Parkway, Huntington, for non-compliance, until July 11.
The board voted to revoke a permit at 133 E. 9th St., Huntington Station, for noncompliance.
