Rep. Nick LaLota, R-Amityville, has opened his district office in Hauppauge, leaving behind the space in Huntington that he temporarily took up after his election last year.
The new office is at 515 NY-111, Suite 3B, Hauppauge, NY 11788. The telephone number will remain at (631) 289-1097.
“I am thrilled to announce the opening of my official district office, closer to the population center of the district, in Hauppauge! My team and I have been hard at work in Washington and Suffolk County, so I look forward to our district staff continuing our operations in Hauppauge,” LaLota said. “I appreciate the hospitality the Huntington community has given our team and me for our first few months in office. I encourage any resident of New York’s First District who is having issues with a federal agency to contact my office as soon as possible.”
All mail sent to the Park Avenue office in Huntington will be forwarded to Hauppauge.
The Hauppauge address reflects a more centralized location for the First District, which expanded into Huntington with redistricting last year.
