The vegan market Cindysnacks will be moving from Huntington to Centerport next week.
Popular for its variety of vegan, gluten-free, and soy, nut and dairy free foods, the market was opened by owners John Stengel and Indiana Kay in 2019.
They will reopen their business at 90A Washington Dr., Centerport, with March 30 as their last day at their current location, 210 Wall St.
Earlier this month, the market briefly came to national attention when Stengel said a supplier had provided products incorrectly labled as vegan and gluten free, including a donut that he suspected came from Dunkin’ Donuts. He pulled the suspect items from his shelves. The supplier denied any wrongdoing.
